It is with great sadness that the Tolbert and Harris families announce the homegoing of Mr. Stephen Allen Barquelle Tolbert. He passed away at home in his 67th year on October 25th.
Stephen was predeceased by his father, the late President Dr. William R. Tolbert, Jr., his mother Kabeh Nowai Harris, his step-mother Mrs. Victoria A. Tolbert, and numerous brothers and sisters.
He leaves to cherish his memories his children Anassa Hawa, Kebbeh May, Ludcia Diamond and Alphonso Saye; Tolbert family siblings; Harris family siblings; and many extended family members and friends globally.
May the soul of our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin rest in eternal peace!
