Liberian Jessica Quachie Wins Triple Awards At WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Champions League Qualifiers

 Monrovia -On loan Real Muja midfielder to Determine Girls Jessical Quachie was named the best player of the just ended 2024 WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Champions League held in Sierra Leone.

The young midfielder who joined the Liberian female champions on a short deal performed excellently in her four games played and won three individual awards with Determine Girls during the tournament.

She was named Woman of The Match twice and MVP in the just ended WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Champions League Qualifiers.

With a total of 15 goals during the season, the 17 years old sensation also helped Real Muja club finish 3rd place during the 2023/2024 Women’s league season.

Jessica Quachie, who joined the club from Determine Girls on a half season loan

was in fine form throughout the qualifiers, putting in her ultimate best, becoming the team most influential player.

Though the Liberian team failed to qualify to the group stage of the champions league they won individually with Bountou Sylla also taking home the top goal scorer award.

Determined Girls FC   Guinean striker Bountou Sylla claimed the WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Championships League top scorer award.

Sylla scored 4 goals in the tournament to win the award.

The striker put up a great performance during the WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Championships League and was recognized for her efforts at the close of the tournament that was held in Bo Sierra Leone.

Bounteous was presented with the award by Liberia Football Association President, Mustapha I. Raji at the Southern Arena on Sunday August 11, 2024.

Determined Girls President, Hawa Grace Weah was a proud President after hearing her player won the top scorer award.

Bountou also helped her team lift the LFA Upper Women’s League Championships.
