This is to announce with deep sorrows, the passing of Mother Nyneplu Elizabeth Catherine
Tubman, at the age of 80 years. She transitioned, to be with the Lord, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 12pm,
in Monrovia, Liberia.
She was predeceased by her father, President William Vacanarat Shadrach Tubman, (19th president of Liberia), and her mother, Madam Latilewa Wright, from Sierra Leone.
She leaves to mourn her loss, several children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of relatives and friends, in and out of Liberia.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
This announcement was brought in by the families of the deceased.
