Liberia: Heritage International Leadership Academy upcoming Annual Young Entrepreneurs Fair on March 15, 2025

The Heritage International Leadership Academy (HILA) is thrilled to announce its upcoming Annual Young Entrepreneurs Fair on March 15, 2025, from at the school’s campus. This event welcomes all children aged 6 to 16 in Monrovia to apply and display their businesses and associated products for a memorable day.

The Fair attracts a significant audience and provides an excellent chance for young, aspiring entrepreneurs to learn the basics of launching a successful business. There is a participation fee of $10.00 USD for students. Parents can help their children with the simple application process, available online at www.hilalib.org/bizfair or by visiting HILA at B676 Old Sophie Rd.

The deadline for registration is Wednesday, March 5, 2025. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the office at +231-776-342-464.

Four awards will be given: Best Business Idea, Most Creative Stand, Most Innovative Product, and Judges’ Choice Award, each with a $250 USD cash prize. All participants must attend a business workshop focusing on key subjects such as business planning, pricing, marketing, and sales.

This vibrant event attracts families and dignitaries from prominent businesses, allowing youth across Monrovia to build camaraderie and encourage healthy competition. HILA’s Founder and CEO, Mrs. Michelle Dennis-Wento, expresses her excitement saying, “We appreciate the youth’s creativity, innovative thinking, and teamwork.

The Fair offers an exciting chance for them to realize their ideas, take pride in their business ventures, and understand the importance of viewing entrepreneurship as a means of improving the Liberian economy!”

“Join us for the Young Entrepreneurs Fair on March 15! It is a fantastic opportunity to spend the holiday enjoying a day full of fun activities. Bring your family and friends to experience live music, raffles, delicious food, entertainment, games, prizes, shopping, and a wonderful sense of community.”
