The center was made possible by the ANC’s USA chapter. According to Welma Redd, who represented the party’s USA chapter, the resource center is intended to help students and others get information.

The center contains 10 computers, which are hooked to the internet. The center is opened to the public on gratis.

Mrs. Redd further stated that the center is a manifestation of the goodwill of the ANC’s USA branch.

In response, Mr. Alexander Cummings, political leader of the party, thanked the donors and promised that the ANC will maintain the facility and ensure that all the equipment is in tight and internet is working properly.

“The center will be opened five days a week and it will be free to all. We ask all users to be respectful of others. This is a manifestation of our commitment to our country and people. We will look for other opportunities to demonstrate in deeds not words, our love for our country. This center is not just for partisans but all those in search of information.”
