Monrovia – Another batch of winners who are participating in the “this is my time” or “da ma tan” promotion walked away with prizes from Orange Liberia on Thursday, April 5th.
Orange Liberia in partnership with Harbel Supermarket and DataLink launched the “da ma tan” promotion in early March 2018 in a bid to bring joy to participating winners. Since the start of the promotion, a more than 100 people have won prizes from Orange Liberia. Prizes range from a brand new Renault Duster, daily cash prizes of US$300, flat screen televisions, refrigerators, generators and lots of other prizes.
The prizes were presented at a major press conference held at the Headquarters of Orange Liberia, on Thursday April 5th. The prizes were presented to the winners by Dr. Kimmie Weeks, Corporate Communications Strategist and Madam Josephine Akinrele Head of Customer Care. Dr. Weeks encouraged current participants of the campaign to continue to play as there were still a wide range or prizes to be won, including two brand new Renault Dusters, several motorbikes, kehkehs, generators, TVs, and many other prizes including daily $300 cash till mid-May. He also encouraged Liberians who were not yet participating to send a text message with their name to 344 to enter the competition.
The Da Ma Tan promotion is an SMS quizzing competition which has attracted thousands of Orange subscribers to participate due to the lucrative and frequent nature of the prizes. Corporate Communications Strategist Dr. Kimmie Weeks highlighted that the questions in the quiz were simple and that Orange, Harbel supermarkets and DataLink were giving away a “mountain of prizes” to several hundred lucky winners. “We still have two more cars and at least 200 more prizes to give away until the end of May,” Weeks said.
Orange is expected to give away the second vehicle of the competition later this month.
