Liberia: Kpanto to Release Single ‘Honorable’

Monrovia – Franklin Edward Harris, who is known by his stage name Skinny Boy Kpanto or Kpanto for short, is about to release another song called Honorable.

On April 9, 2024, he dropped the first verse that is trending on all social media platforms, and the song has a challenge going on.

Some Liberian TikTokers are trending on the challenge.

Fans say the song was inspired after controversial Liberian lawmaker Yekeh Kolubah who was spotted with a student on April 5, 2024. 

The Montserrado District #10 lawmaker was dragged by various bloggers last week for his alleged sexual involvement with a high student.

Kpanto) took to the official Facebook page to say that his song “Honorable” would be dropping today.

Skinny Boy Kpanto gained recognition in 2015 after releasing a cover of Desilgners single “PANDa” in his eponymous debut studio album, “Skinny Boy Kpanto” on August 22, 2020.

It comprises nine tracks and contains the song Take Off Trouser which was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2020 Liberia Music Awards and “Flukor” which won Song of the Year at the 2021 Tunes Liberia Music Awards.
