Controversies ensued in Bong County over the awarding of the contract to JEAMCCO Incorporated, with some expressing pessimism over the company’s capacity to fully implement the project.
With barely a month after jump-starting the project, JEAMCCO Incorporated is implementing the fencing project on a jet-like speed even in the midst of the rain.

A FrontPageAfrica tour of the project has uncovered that the project might be completed a little earlier than it was expected as the contractor continues to attach seriousness to the project. The main residence of the superintendent’s compound is at 85 per cent while the erection of the fence is at 90 percent.
The paper has also gauged the views of some residents regarding the status and quality of the project, with over 90% hailing the company for what they describe as a wonderful job.
Nukai Kpangbai, a resident of Gbarnga, hailed the company for the great job, describing the company as a worthy company anyone anyone can trust despite being a member of the Congress of Democratic Change. Mr. Kpangbai slammed Human Rights activist for unnecessarily condemning the company despite the enormous work being done by the company.
Some hold the view that the level of work done in the space of barely a month since kickoff only proves the trustworthiness of JEAMCCO Incorporated for future contracts. Another resident, Emmanuel Tamatai, said JEAMCCO, said the company’s track records over the years has distinguished it as a reliable company. “I knew JEAMCCO couldn’t fail on this project. I am calling on the county administration led by Superintendent Hawa Norris to give the company more projects from the County Social Development Fund based on the implicit confidence citizens have in the company.

Meanwhile, the Bong residents are calling on the management of the company to continue the good work as it has already won their trust and admiration by proving them wrong following all of the controversies regarding how it was awarded the contract.
Speaking to FPA during a site inspection, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of JEAMCCO Incorporated, Jefferson M. Dennis, Jr, said he was relieved by the level of work done during the short period under review.
Mr. Dennis added that the work done so far is a justification of how trustworthy and capacitated JEAMCCO Incorporated is in the business.
He thanked his management team and all workers for their hard work and commitment which have led to the progress made.
