Letter to the editor: Reserve Water for Fire Trucks

Many times, fire trucks arrive at scenes of fire without water to put out the fire., making one to wonder to why they went there. In fact, a fire truck left the house of a President of Liberia without water ostensibly to put out fire.

Fire workers were also not on the fire trucks, making one to wonder as to whether the fire hoses would move by themselves. Wonders shall never cease is a widespread expression relevant to the fire truck situation.

Well, wonders are ceasing as the awareness raising about the bad fire truck situation spreads. Foreign partners of the State of Liberia have sent fire trucks which can be seen on Ashmun Street, Monrovia at the National Headquarters of the Fire Service.

Through awareness raising, the bad prevailing system of injustice is being changed into the good enduring system of Justice. This change is taking place through the Rule of Law.

Through this way, persons with good records are being elected and they are taking action that is changing the bad prevailing system of injustice into the good enduring system of Justice, the indispensable ingredient for Peace and Progress in Liberia and in any other country.
