Monrovia – Two Liberian international referees have completed an intensive Video Assistant Referee training in the North African state of Casablanca Morocco. Female FIFA badge Sylvina Garnett and new FIFA badge Emmanuel Mensah departed Liberia for Morocco on November 20 to join other African referees to participate in a ten-day VAR course. The course was based on practical and theoretical sessions and started with basic training, working through VAR protocols, and the VAR simulator.
