Monrovia – The government announces that a second Liberian has been tested positive for the Coronavirus disease. The new case, Johnny Phillips, is a domestic worker in the home of Nathaniel Blama, the suspended head of the Environmental Protection Agency who earlier tested positive for the disease.

MONROVIA – Solicitor General Cllr. Sayma Syrenius Cephus has told members of the Liberian Senate that the decision of the Ministry of Justice to nolle persequi (dropping of charges) the case against Ellen Corkrum is only intended to terminate the proceeding, but not the action (charges).

Power TV/FM regrets to announce the death of Oldma Kebbeh Konah Kollie of Chugbor community, Old Road. This event occurred on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Hospital in Monrovia following a protracted illness. She was 88 years old.
