No Surprise At ‘Born-Rogues’ At NOCAL

The Editor,

Wow, are you surprised that these born rogues on Nocal Board are spending money other people’s money like drunken sailors? Hell no, I’m not. (Re “No Excessive Board Fees..)  No excessive board fees, my butt !!

After President Weah appointed a born rogue (Cllr. Charles Gypson) as chairman of the Board, you know the “chopping” would continue…

According to the Daily Observer, Cllr. Gypson “misappropriated US$25,322.00 from a client, a lady identified as Freda Mensah, which led to his two-month suspension from direct and indirect practice of law by the Supreme Court. He also lost his job at the United Nations Mission in Liberia for allegedly shortchanging one of his clients in a land deal.”

But all those red flags didn’t stop President Weah from appointing this scoundrel to a position of public trust. Does character matter to President Weah?? That was a rhetorical question, Mr. Weah!
