Minister of Finance Commissions Another Internal Audit

Monrovia – The Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Boima Kamara has commissioned another internal audit focusing on financial transactions for the past year of the State Own Enterprise (SOE) Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.

According a Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) press release, Minister Kamara commissioned the audit during the weekend following an alleged financial malpractice at the SOE Unit.

The MFD release indicated that investigation is expected to last for a week after which, findings will be released to the general public.
