The deal offers the highly rated 20-year-old a crucial platform to test himself regularly in the Chance Liga the Czech Republic’s elite football division.

Standing at a commanding 1.86 meters (6ft 1in), the left-footed defender will spend the entire 2026–27 campaign with Artis Brno.

For Fully, the temporary switch away from Slavia Prague is designed to deliver high-stakes, first-team exposure after an impressive period honing his craft within Slavia’s renowned development pipeline.

An Unexpected Promotion & A Fresh Challenge

Artis Brno’s entrance into the Czech top flight comes under extraordinary circumstances. The club concluded their previous campaign third in the Czech second division, seemingly missing out on automatic promotion.

However, they were elevated to the Chance Liga following the administrative relegation of MFK Karviná due to financial and licensing non-compliance.

Now thrust into the top-flight spotlight, Artis Brno have moved quickly to bolster their squad with defensive stability and youthful energy qualities Fully is expected to supply immediately.

Assigned the number 15 shirt, Fully is tasked with establishing himself as a cornerstone in Artis Brno’s backline as the club aims to avoid an immediate return to the lower tier.

“This move is about growth and playing time at the highest level,” a source close to the player back home in Liberia noted. “At Slavia, competition is fierce, but at Artis Brno, Emmanuel has a genuine chance to be a leader in the defense and show what he can do week in, week out.”

Tactical Fit and International Horizons

Fully’s profile as a tall, left-footed defender makes him a prized commodity in modern European tactics.

Capable of operating both as a central defender and as a  left-back, his aerial presence and ability to build play from the back align neatly with Artis Brno’s tactical setup for the grueling season ahead.

Beyond club football, the loan spell carries significant weight for the Liberian national team ecosystem. As Lone Star continue to rebuild with an emphasis on young, overseas-based talent, Fully’s progress in one of Central Europe’s prominent leagues will be closely monitored by national team handlers back home in Monrovia.

His progression highlights a quiet resurgence of Liberian footballers securing footholds in European leagues, following in the footsteps of established exports across the continent.
