Monrovia – FrontPage Africa has reliably been informed that Deputy Inspector General for Administration of the Liberia National Police, Col. Sadatu Reeves, risk being fired soon.

FrontPage Africa gathered that President George Manneh Weah is contemplating the decision after Col. Reeves allegedly recorded high-level security meeting secretly. She’s also accused of exhibiting non-compliant posture against Inspector General Patrick Sudue.
A highly placed source in the LNP told FPA that since Reeves’ appointment, she is refusing to work with the IG.
Our source said: “When she was booked, our security partners specifically, the international partners, were concern about her actions, stating that if it was in their countries, it will be label as treason.”
“She didn’t see any wrong as she defended her actions, saying, ‘she is ready to get Sudue out of the job’.”
The case was reportedly taken to the Ministry of Justice and Justice Minister Cllr. Musa Dean questioned both Sudue and Reeves on their poor working relationship.
Both consented to the bad blood clouding their working relationship saying, “They can’t work with one another.”
Reeves told the Justice Minister that she can’t work with Sudue on grounds that he is not qualified for the job.
While Sudue said he couldn’t work with her as well since she has already said it.
It can be recalled, Sudue and Reeves were given commands to officers without following the police manual.
Several programs were canceled due to the ongoing wrangling.
Last week, President Weah held a meeting with the pair at his office following the previous meeting with Justice Minister Dean.
When contacted, Reeves said she can’t comment on whether she secretly recorded a security meeting but suggested that our reporter speaks with the Police Public Affairs Director.
“I don’t know what you people are talking about, this is about policing, so talk to the press and public affairs,” she said.
