Liberia football Association First Division outfit Borough FC has secured a major financial and operational boost ahead of the new campaign, officially locking in a two-year kit sponsorship agreement with Cabana Hotel.

The deal was finalized on Thursday at Cabana Hotel’s premises along the Roberts International Airport Road in Margibi County.
The ceremony saw Cabana Hotel Chief Executive Officer Christian G. Weah Sr. and Borough FC Vice President for Operations Angela P. Dixon sign the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.
Though the amount of the deal was not disclose but it is believed to be beneficial for both parties.
Under the terms of the agreement, Cabana Hotel’s logo will feature prominently as the primary front-of-shirt sponsor across all official Borough FC jerseys for the next two seasons.
The hotel will also receive digital branding rights across the club’s official media assets, matchday graphics, and promotional materials.
Speaking at the signing, Borough FC VP Angela P. Dixon emphasized the significance of the partnership for the club’s long-term stability and ambitions in the Liberia Football Association (LFA) First Division.
“This partnership goes beyond sponsorship; it represents confidence in our club, our players, our supporters, and the direction in which Borough FC is moving,” Dixon stated, conveying appreciation on behalf of Club President Sylvanus Kelvin Morris, the Board of Directors, and the supporters.
“We assure Cabana Hotel that we will uphold the values of this partnership and represent their brand with absolute professionalism.”
For Cabana Hotel, the investment aligns with a broader corporate focus on youth engagement and domestic sports development. CEO Christian G. Weah Sr. noted that the decision to back The Pride of the Borough stems from a shared commitment to community growth.
“We believe sports, particularly football, remains a powerful platform for bringing communities together, inspiring young people, and promoting positive development in Liberia,” Weah said. “We are excited to welcome Borough FC into the Cabana Hotel family and wish the squad the very best in their First Division campaign.”
The deal marks a crucial step for Borough FC as the club continues to build a commercially viable and competitive structure within Liberian domestic football.
