What Was Going on With EJS During Meeting With Michelle Obama?

I wonder what was going through President Sirleaf's mind at that moment at that government neglected school in Smell No Taste sitting next to Mrs. Obama and to hear the students describe the hellish lives they live in Liberia?

The Editor,

“I have heard about you and the challenges you have faced and are still facing. I have come to hear from you. So speak and do not be shy. Say what you feel.”–Michelle Obama. And I bet she saw and heard a lot. Seeing is believing.

I wonder what was going through President Sirleaf’s mind at that moment at that government neglected school in Smell No Taste sitting next to Mrs. Obama and to hear the students describe the hellish lives they live in Liberia?

From the above story, it is suffice to conclude that the United States through the Peace Corps and USAID is contributing more to education than the government of Liberia….a $20 million here and another $27 million there, plus dormitories, clean drinking water, etc. The University of Liberia yearly budget just went from $10 million last year to a mere $15 million in 11 years since Ellen took office.

Thank you President and Mrs. Barack Obama and to the Peace Corps volunteers who left behind the luxuries of life in America for some of the harshest living conditions on earth in Liberia.
