Paynesville – The Reform Front Liberia, Inc. (TRFLI) is taking its civic reform message beyond discussion and into practical action through a growing platform focused on civic education, public engagement, reading, community development and positive journalism.
Built on the belief that sustainable national progress begins with informed, responsible and engaged citizens, TRFLI is a nonprofit, nonpartisan civic organization committed to education, empowerment, accountability, civic responsibility and constructive national dialogue.
Educate. Empower. Engage. Reform.
During August and September 2026, TRFLI’s mission is taking shape through three flagship programs: TRFL Radio Prime, the Reading & Comprehension Initiative, and The Reformpreneur Magazine.
Together, the initiatives provide platforms through which Liberians can listen, learn, read, think, discuss and participate in efforts to build stronger communities and a stronger Liberia.
From Vision to Action
TRFLI believes reform cannot exist merely as a slogan. It must ultimately be reflected in the way citizens think, communicate, work, lead, learn and participate in their communities.
The organization is therefore developing practical civic platforms that reach Liberians through radio, community education and publishing.
TRFL Radio Prime Launched August 1
TRFL Radio Prime, the organization’s first major public program, officially launched on August 1, 2026.
The weekly program airs every Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Blaze Radio 90.7 FM, providing a platform for civic education, public discussion and conversations about the responsibilities citizens share in Liberia’s development.
Radio Prime promotes informed citizenship, personal responsibility, accountability and constructive dialogue. Rather than viewing national development solely through the actions of government, TRFLI also asks: What responsibility does the citizen have in building the Liberia we want?
The program is sponsored by Uncle Z Spice International, Inc. (UZSII).
Reading & Comprehension Initiative Takes Education Into the Community
Three weeks after launching Radio Prime, TRFLI took another part of its mission directly into the community.
On August 22, 2026, the organization officially launched its Reading & Comprehension Initiative at Kids and Us Preparatory Elementary School in Jackson Hill, Rehab Community, Paynesville.
The initiative is designed to help young adults and adults strengthen practical reading and comprehension skills while building confidence in communication and critical thinking.
Participants engage with reading materials and exercises intended not simply to determine whether they can pronounce words, but whether they can understand, explain, question and apply what they have read.
TRFLI considers reading and comprehension essential to civic reform, arguing that access to information alone is not enough. Citizens must also be able to understand information, evaluate it critically and make informed decisions.

The Reformpreneur Magazine Set for September Launch
TRFLI’s third flagship platform, The Reformpreneur Magazine, is scheduled to launch in September 2026.
The digital publication will expand the organization’s educational mission through articles, research, interviews, commentary and positive stories centered on Liberia and its people.
The magazine will cover issues including reform, entrepreneurship, education, agriculture and food security, leadership, civic responsibility, business, community development and the stories of Liberians working to create positive change.
TRFLI also expects the publication to contribute to a stronger culture of reading while connecting Liberians at home with the diaspora and friends of Liberia.
Three Programs, One Civic Mission
The three initiatives are designed to complement one another.
TRFL Radio Prime gives citizens a platform to listen, learn and engage.
The Reading & Comprehension Initiative provides an opportunity to read, understand, question and develop critical-thinking skills.
The Reformpreneur Magazine will provide a platform to read, learn, document ideas and share positive Liberian stories.
The organization describes the rollout as:
- August 1: A voice for civic education.
- August 22: Education in the community.
- September: A platform for ideas, research and positive stories.
Why the Reform Front Liberia Was Established
TRFLI says Liberia’s future will depend not only on its political leadership but also on the quality of its citizens, institutions, businesses, educators, professionals, communities and civic organizations.
The organization was established around the conviction that national development requires responsibility at every level of society.
“Government has responsibilities. Institutions have responsibilities. Businesses have responsibilities. Community leaders have responsibilities. And citizens have responsibilities,” the organization says.
TRFLI seeks to encourage a culture in which Liberians become better informed, accept greater personal and civic responsibility, demand accountability appropriately, value education and reading, participate constructively in their communities and contribute solutions rather than merely identifying problems.
Nonpartisan, Civic and Educational
The Reform Front Liberia, Inc. emphasizes that it is not a political party or political campaign organization.
Its mission is civic and focuses on citizens, education, responsibility, accountability, entrepreneurship, community development and Liberia’s long-term progress.
The organization believes Liberians with different political views, backgrounds and experiences can find common ground around education, responsible citizenship, stronger institutions and national development.
Message From the Founder and Executive Director: Doug Zack Miller
Miller says Liberia’s transformation will require more than the efforts of any single individual, organization or government.
“Liberia’s transformation will not come from one person, one organization or one government. It will require citizens who are informed, responsible, educated and willing to participate in building their communities and their country.”
According to Miller, TRFLI was established because reform must move beyond conversation.
“We must educate, organize, build programs and demonstrate through action what responsible citizenship can accomplish.”
He said the organization’s three flagship programs are intended to provide different avenues for civic engagement.
“Radio Prime gives us a voice. Our Reading & Comprehension Initiative takes education directly into the community. The Reformpreneur Magazine will give us another platform to document ideas, entrepreneurship and positive Liberian stories.”
“We are starting deliberately and building step by step,” Miller added. “Our objective is not simply to talk about a better Liberia. We want to participate constructively in building one.”
What Comes Next
TRFLI says it intends to continue developing its programs carefully and sustainably, with an immediate focus on strengthening the three flagship initiatives already underway or scheduled for launch.
Radio Prime will continue its weekly civic education broadcasts, while the Reading & Comprehension Initiative will continue its community-based educational activities.
The first edition of The Reformpreneur Magazine is scheduled for September 2026.
As its organizational capacity grows, TRFLI says it will explore additional educational and community-impact programs consistent with its civic mission, with emphasis on sustainable initiatives with clear and achievable objectives.
An Invitation to Liberia and the Diaspora
The Reform Front Liberia is inviting citizens, educators, professionals, businesses, community organizations, young people, volunteers, Liberians in the diaspora and friends of Liberia to participate in its civic efforts.
