The Porte Family announces the passing of their father, brother, uncle and grandfather, Mr. Leopold Qualniah Porte, in Barnersville, Monrovia. He lives in the memory of his wife, Josephine Travers-Porte, his children, Niahson (Kadi), Quallyna (Richard), Wulwyn (Verlyn), six grandchildren and a host of other beloved relatives and friends. He will forever be in our hearts and memories.
The family is grateful for all the prayers and condolences received thus far. The
Celebration of Life events are listed below:
Wake Service: Friday, September 23, 2022, from 6 pm – 8:30 pm at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church,
10th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia.
Funeral Service: Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 10:00am to 12 noon at Christ Church, Crozierville,
Montserrado County.
In lieu of wreaths, The Family will accept contributions that will be used for the renovation of Christ Church, a church that was very dear to his heart.
