Monrovia — President Joseph Nyuma Boakai has paid a condolence visit to former Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor at her Congo Town residence following the death of her son, Charles Philip Taylor.

Several senior government officials, including cabinet ministers and senators, were also seen at the residence to express their condolences.

Philip Taylor passed away on Tuesday. In a brief but emotional statement shared on Instagram, Madam Taylor described the loss as devastating and overwhelming.
