Liberia: Mrs. Mary Eliza Horton Death Announcement

MONROVIA – The Horton, Cooper, Smythe, Pritchard and Dunbar families announce with profound sadness the home-going of Mrs. Mary Eliza Horton in her 91st year.  This sad event occurred Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the Fidelity Health Clinic on 20th Street in Sinkor, following a period of brief illness.

Affectionately called, Aunt Mae, Big Mama, Mae Eliza, remains have been deposited at the A. B. Anderson Funeral Home on Lynch Street.  Predeceased by her husband, Dr. A. Romeo Horton, she is survived by her children: Shepard (Kelly), John (Martha) Kaimah (Robert), Danlette Nuna, Renee (Louis) and Romelle Alexzyn. Her grandchildren, Elisha and Jewell Alexis and a host of other relatives, friends, and associates. May her soul rest in peace and may light perpetual shine upon her.
