
Monrovia – Six of the 16 students that are currently benefiting from the Logan Town Reunion USA (LTRU) organization, based in the United States of America (USA), will be graduating from the organization 2023/2024 scholarship funds program.
The six students that are expected to graduate from LTRU organization scholarship program at the end of the ongoing 2023/2024 school year include Prince Hutchins and Etta Z. Bartuah from Joanna Antoe Memorial High School, Sharon B. Rich from St. Edward Catholic High School, Rashmel Johnson and Beatrice D. Subah from Sylvia Boderick Industrial High School, Eddie Jerbo and Alesha D. Kardon from Elder John Massey High School while Franklin N. Kamara from St. Matthews United Methodist High School.
LTRU organization based in the United States of America (USA), have completed the 2023/2024 scholarship funds payments for students attending schools in the Logan Town communities on the Bushrod Island, Montserrado County.
The 16 students that are benefiting from the organization’S scholarship funds are from the following five High Schools, includeing Elder John Massey, Sylvia Broderick Industrial Institute, Joanna Antoe HS, St. Edward Catholic HS and the St. Mathew United Methodist High Schools.
Mr. Momolu John Dukuly, the LTRU Representative in Liberia, emphasized that the 16 students presently benefiting from the organization were selected based on their class performances.
Over the two years of the LTRU Scholarship program in Logan Town, 20 students selected for the scholarship program and four out of the 20 students have graduated and six additional students are expected to graduate at the end of the 2023/2024 academy year.
The Logan Town Reunion-USA (LTRU) is a social-economic group consisting of members who once resided in Logan Town and has continued to provide financial assistance to qualified students of five academic institutions situated in Logan Town.
LTRU USA based president, Ms. Natasha Worjloh and executives have extended their thanks and appreciations to the graduating classes of 2024 and look forward to their successful graduation. LTRU has promised to follow the academic careers of all their scholarship students as they seek higher institutions of learning.
Principals of the five high schools paid tributes to the LTRU president Ms. Worjloh and her executive committee members for their organization’s continued scholarship funding’s provided to deserving students of the Logan Town communities.
