MONROVIA – Jamin Football Club, the newly crowned champions of the Liberia Football Association (LFA) Mount Carey Subcommittee Third Division League for the 2025/2026 season, has signed a landmark partnership agreement with United Arab Emirates-based AllDreams FC to create international pathways for young Liberian footballers.

The agreement, set to take effect ahead of the 2026/2027 season, will see AllDreams FC provide financial and material support to the Mount Barclay-based club.
In return, Jamin FC will scout, develop, and send six promising young players to the UAE for advanced training and preparation for professional football careers.
Speaking on the development, Jamin FC Secretary Jade Kromah described the partnership as a significant milestone in expanding horizons for grassroots talents in Liberia.
“This move is intended to give young and talented players the opportunities essential for their growth and development, while strengthening the efforts of players, clubs, and parents who continue to invest in the future of football in Liberia,” Kromah said.
Kromah disclosed that the club will soon launch a comprehensive talent identification and development program targeting players between the ages of 14 and 16.
The initiative is designed to recruit and nurture young prospects who could eventually benefit from the international pathway created through the UAE collaboration.
“We will be commencing talent development exercises that will allow us to recruit young players aged 14 to 16 and prepare them for this journey. We are grateful for this opportunity and welcome everyone to join us,” Kromah added.
The agreement caps off a remarkably successful season for Jamin FC, which captured the Mount Carey Subcommittee championship and firmly established itself as one of the fastest-rising grassroots clubs in the country.
Jamin FC has already built a reputation for talent production, notably developing Amos Tarpeh the current left-back for Liberia first division outfit Bea Mountain FC.
Club officials expressed confidence that the collaboration with AllDreams FC will not only give young players vital international exposure but will also bolster the club’s local capacity through improved resources and infrastructure.
The partnership is expected to open new doors for aspiring footballers from Mount Barclay and surrounding communities, offering a structured, professional bridge from local grassroots football to the global stage.
