When I read this Story I thought about the Movie: “Look Who’s Talking” as the caption of my post! Our former VP. Taylor accusing President JNB of being Divisive and calling for National Reconciliation! Madam Taylor stayed in the Corridor of Power for 27 yrs (1997 – 2024)! I’m not including the War years. Because, I don’t know if she was actively involved with our Papay Ghankay! The name we heard then was Agnes Taylor!

She went from being First-lady to Senator and Vice-President. Count your Blessings Mama and rest your body small! Not many people will move from glory to glory, like that, in their lifetimes!
During her 27 years, what can she point to as evidence of her Reconciliation Drive? The last time I checked she pushed for the Dismissals of the Bong County traditional leaders, on her first visit to the County after becoming Vice President! Her words to them: “If y’all want to work in the government y’all have to join CDC! Amos 3:3 – “Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?”
This was the Reconciliatory Statement after the Elections in 2017! This was meant to unite the broken nation that we needed to build! President Weah had to mandate the Internal Affairs Minister to reinstate them! As senator, she called for increments in Legislators salaries and benefits, so that they can have enough to share with baggers! Reduced the Liberian people to baggers! How will people give you power and they be made baggers? The is where Divisiveness starts! The Economic Gaps between the Governors and the Governed! For 27yrs, there was Zero move to reconcile that!
How can replacing Amb. Julie Endee be termed as divisiveness? Every good or bad thing must come to an end! So let it be with Amb. Endee. She played her part and we thanked her for her role-played! I’m not going into the Pros and Cons of her tenure! Because we can draw many! But, let’s give her the “Did Well Trophy 🏆!” One way or the other her end would have come!
We will welcome and Congratulate Amb. Kekura Balawala Kamara and urged him to serve well. Our National Culture Center was sold, hope we can get a new one under your administration. I know, many of the young people have drifted to foreign styles of entertainment, it’s my hope that you will bring back the Traditional Cultural Performances.

Madam Taylor, please note: the world will never be RECONCILED! Politics by nature is Divisive! As long as we have politics and a means of managing the State, there will never be RECONCILIATION! All we can hope for is an improvement in the Economy so we can take care of our families while we have Life!
