The Supreme Court must not, should not and cannot dignify the anti-Tyler faction as a “majority bloc” for so doing in its communication/invitation lends credibility and legitimacy to their purported claim of being a so-called “majority bloc.”
They are aggrieved lawmakers, unless the Court recognizes their purported claim of a so-called “majority bloc.”
The Senate is right in recognizing the authority of Alex Tyler as the sole Speaker of the House of Representatives in their latest official communication with the House. President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf has committed a “constitutional crime” by recognizing the rebellious anti-Tyler faction.
Her action is an impeachable offense as is her communication to Speaker Tyler to change the mining laws to solely favor Sable Mining in the Wologizi Mountain and iron ore giveaway law that was passed and that she also signed.
This should embolden the pro-Tyler faction to begin impeachment proceedings against her. But the world is watching and the Liberian democracy is on trial.
