Channel Kwesé Free Sports Is Now In Liberia

Monrovia – Pan-African media group Econet Media and Raising Africa Media Incorporated (RAM) have introduced Kwesé Free Sports in Liberia.

Kwesé Free Sports, Africa’s largest free-to-air channel, will now be available on CLAR TV, introducing a 24-hour premium sports channel for Liberian audiences to enjoy.

Kwesé Free Sports is a free-to-air channel which offers unrestricted access to premium sports content including the Premier League, the NFL, Brazil Serie A, Copa Del Rey, motorsports, international boxing and so much more.

The channel also has an exclusive free-to-air rights to broadcast the 2017/2018 NBA Season, Play-Offs and Finals as well as the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

The channel is available in 26 countries, including Liberia, on free-to-air analogue and digital terrestrial television (DTT).

This means Kwesé Free Sports will now become Liberia’s 24/7 local sports channel accessible across the country on any free-to-air end-user antenna, set-top-box, and all DTT platforms.

As an affiliate to RAM, CLAR TV of Royal Communications Inc., will provide the broadcast platform for Econet Media’s Kwesé Free Sports, which has signed a carriage agreement with RAM. RAM Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President, Gerald Sherman, “We are excited to bring premium sports content to Liberia through our agreement with Econet Media.

Kwesé Free Sports programming began broadcasting on CLAR TV on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, the

2nd November. Liberian viewers can catch all the action by tuning into Channel 5 on using antennas and free-to-air set-top-boxes.
