Advertisement for Bid: Construction of CUAAA AGAPE Clinic

Cuttington University Alumni Association In The Americas (CUAAA) invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new clinic located at Cuttington University campus, Suakoko, Bong County. The project includes site preparation, building construction, plumbing, electrical, etc.. All work must comply with local building codes and project specifications.

Bid Documents:

A request for Bid documents, including detailed plans and specifications, can be requested via email to [email protected]

Pre-Bid Meeting:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday October 23, 2024 at 2 PM GMT (Liberian time) via Zoom to review the project scope and answer any questions. Please submit request for link via email. Site visit will be arranged as requested.

Bid Submission:

All bids must be submitted by October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST to [email protected] Late bids will not be accepted.

Bid Requirements:

  • Proof of licensing and insurance;
  • Mandatory Pre-Bid
  • Meeting Attendance References for similar completed projects;
  • Personnel Construction Experience;
  • A completed bid form.
