We are hiring for the following positions:
Chief Operating Officer
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in public administration, business administration, international development, finance, public policy, social work, or a closely related field is strongly preferred,
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in programs, finance, and partnership management,
- Good communication with strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills,
- Strong writing and editing skills with close attention to detail,
- Previous experience with financial software and creating dashboards is highly desirable,
Program Manager
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in development, public administration, economics, business management, public policy, social work, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
- With five or more years of relevant experience,
- Strong academic background in Social Program Planning and Development, business management,
donor stewardship, and financial management,
Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in accounting, financial management, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
- With 5 or more years of relevant experience.
- Additional qualifications will be considered as an asset,
- Strong academic background in accounting and financial management,
