Liberia Upper Women’s League champions Determine Girls FC striker Mabinty Camara has taken her goal tally to 17 in the national league after yet another brilliant display over the weekend.
Camara scored five goals for Determine Girls to take her tally to 17 goals during round eight of the Orange women’s division on 18 November.
The defending champions were leading 9-0 at half time against Bassa Girls at the Samuel Kanyon Doe sports complex practice pitch (SKD PP).
But the second half couldn’t resume because the girls from Bassa were unable to field a minimum of seven players in keeping with the laws of the game due to injury.
The match was called-off and the score stands in keeping with the rules governing the league.
Mabinty’s teammate Cathrine Jatta and Miatta Morris are leveled on 10 goals.
Cathrine scored a brace as was Miatta Morris, the most valuable player from last season, as Shaita defeated Just FC 4-1 also at the SKD PP.
