Liberty Party Elects Darius Dillon As Vice Chairman For Political Affairs

Monrovia -The National Executive Committee of the Liberty Party has announce that it has unanimously voted and endorsed Mr. A. Darius Dillon as Vice Chairman For Political Affairs and Cllr. Charles Walker Brumskine, the leader of party has approved the endorsement.

Cllr. Brumskine also expressed implicit confidence in Dillion’s ability to perform and deliver in said capacity.

In his new role as Vice Chair for Political Affairs, Mr. Dillon will be charged with the responsibility to identify, analyze and monitor political developments, trends and emerging issues in the country and report to the Party’s Leadership.

He will also be charged with the responsibility to evaluate implications of said political developments and make appropriate recommendations to the Party Leadership on possible policies, strategies and other measures to address issues of national concern and to advance the Party mandated objectives.

Further, Mr. Dillon will prepare contextual information materials, such as background notes, political profiles and databases of relevant individuals and institutions and manage said information to ensure accessibility and utility.

He will also represent the Liberty Party at meetings with other Political Parties under the direction of the National Chairman.

In further roles, Mr. Dillon will consult and cooperate with other officers on the National Executive Committee to develop strategies and plans of action to address political challenges, in pursuit of shared objectives, and carry out other duties as may from time to time be assigned by the National Chairman of the Liberty Party.
