Liberia: US Ambassador Mark Toner Announces Retirement

Monrovia – FrontPage Africa has confirmed that U.S. ambassador Mark Toner announced his retirement to staff on Tuesday, the day before Liberian President Boakai joined other African presidents for a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House.
