This was revealed through the Orange call log that was subpoenaed by the defense lawyer.

Conversely, the call log from Orange GSM also revealed that the number 0776407969 registered in Mayor Koijee’s name is not in use.

While testifying in Court on Wednesday, December 12, Mayor Koijee told Court and Jurors that when he was invited by the Police during the investigation into the gruesome number of Charloe Musu on February 22, 2023, he provided his number (0776407969) to the Police and after he was released and issued officially clearance by the Police.

Koijee also wrote the Ministry of Justice to subpoena his call log on 0779229900, which he said is his official number.

However, the said number, which the latest subpoenaed call log from Orange GSM reveals is registered in the name of a female.

In a related development, Maimu Fofana, the wife of Varlee Telleh has testified to using the number 0776632470 which was bought by her husband and registered in his name, but denied ever using the said number to make and receive calls from different locations and at different times including late nights in and around Monrovia.

Some of these locations include, Sethi Compound, Gold Medal Factory, Kingville, and 72nd Road on February 20, 2023.

The number, according to defense, made calls on February 21, 2023 at 72nd Road, Gold Medal Factory, LEC, Banjor and Jacob Town Community.

Also calls were made at 72nd Road, Jacob Town Community, 72nd Road, King Sao Bosso and Beever in Central Mobtrovia on February 22, 2023.

The call log also revealed that the number on February 23, 2023 made and received calls from Logan Town, Island Clinic, Banjor, Duala Market, Gold Medal Factory, 72nd Road, GSA Road in Paynesville, Topoe Village and Salvation Army this time at 23:47:32 seconds.

And on February 24, 2023 from the University of Liberia and Salvation Army from morning to about 22:22:53 GMT.

Madam Telleh admitted that her husband sometimes uses her phone.

Meanwhile, Defense has rested with the production of testimonial and documentary evidence and submitted its side of the case, awaiting final argument.
