HIGH CHOLESTEROL AND ITS COMPLICATIONS

Palm oil is 50% cholesterol.
Coconut oil and palm kernel oil have 80% cholesterol.
Olive oil and Argo oil have less than 10% cholesterol.
So reducing the amount of palm oil in the food, or mixing palm oil and olive oil when cooking is The best way to reduce high cholesterol.

HIGH CHOLESTEROL HAS NO SYMPTOMS.

High cholesterol leads to blockages of the arteries or blood vessels that supply other organs including the heart, brain, kidneys and legs and lungs and liver etc.
When the blood flow is reduced because of the blockage of the blood flow to an artery that is supplying the organ, then that organ will start to malfunction or the function goes down.
If blood flow is reduced to the brain, then you develop memory problems, dizziness, headaches blurred vision, or stroke.

When the blood flow is reduced to the heart, then you develop chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, fainting spells especially when you start to do anything, and eventually it can lead to a heart attack or death.

When the blood flow is reduced to the kidneys , then the kidneys start to fail, you will notice reduced urine output, and then your legs and face start to swell, and you feel exhausted or tired or fatigued.

When blood flow is reduced in the lungs, then you develop chest pain and Shortness of breath, and loss of energy to do anything especially walking upstairs or doing any activity.

When blood flow is reduce to the liver, then you develop fluid in the abdomen, abdominal swelling, leg swelling and tiredness and jaundice or your eyes and palms and the bottom of your feet turn yellow.

OVER ALL, WHEN BLOOD FLOW IS REDUCED TO ANY ORGAN OF THE BODY, THAT ORGAN STARTS TO MALFUNCTION OR FAIL, LEADING TO TIREDNESS OR FATIGUE, AND LEG SWELLING, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, STROKE, HEART ATTACK, KIDNEY FAILURE, PAIN IN THE LEGS WHEN YOU TRY TO WALK, OR RUN, REDUCED URINE OUTFLOW, ETC, ARE ALL COMPLICATIONS.

RED-MEAT, CHEESE, BUTTER , MARGARINE, SWEET FOODS LIKE CAKES, COOKIES, ICE CREAM, SOFT DRINKS, WHITE RICE, WHITE BREAD ETC, ARE THE MAIN CAUSES OF HIGH CHOLESTEROL, IN ADDITION TO EXCESSIVE PALM OIL.

SOME PEOPLE HAVE HIGH CHOLESTEROL BECAUSE THEIR LIVER MAKES A LOT MORE CHOLESTEROL THAN THEY NEED.
SOME OF THAT CAN BE GENETIC MEANING IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY, OR YOU GET IT FROM YOUR MOTHER OR FATHER OR BOTH.

HIGH CHOLESTEROL IS THE #1 KILLER OF ADULTS IN THE WORLD INCLUDING LIBERIA.

STROKE AND HEART ATTACK ARE THE #1 CAUSES OF DEATH IN THE WORLD.

CANCER IS #2 CAUSE OF DEATH IN THE WORLD INCLUDING LIBERIA.

I HOPE THIS HELPS.
