Prince Johnson, Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of Liberia, Class of 2012 was among four senior Military leaders inducted into the CGSC International Hall of Fame (IHOF) at the Lewis and Clark Center, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, on Apr. 12, 2022. Their inductions come as a result of rising to the top military position in Liberia.

MONROVIA – The Liberia Coordinating Mechanism (LCM) acknowledges the investigative report published on April 8th by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of the Global Fund (TGF) to fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria.  The OIG report highlights systemic fraud and misappropriation by the Liberian Ministry of Health (MoH), a Global Fund grant Principal Recipient, and recommends that robust actions are taken by the Government of Liberia.

MONROVIA – ArcelorMittal (‘the Company’) and the government of Quebec have announced a CAD$205 million investment by ArcelorMittal Mining Canada (‘AMMC’) in its Port-Cartier pellet plant, enabling this facility to convert its entire 10 million tonnes annual pellet production to direct reduced iron (‘DRI’) pellets by the end of 2025.
