Ms. Farsinah Farmah Monrovia – A communication dated May 13, 2019 in possession of FrontPageAfrica shows that the government, through the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism (MICAT), is aware of Liberia’s representation at this year’s Miss Africa Continent pageant taking place in South Africa.
