MONROVIA – The National Association of Trial Judges will convene its 10th Annual Conference at the Temple of Justice next month.
The conference, scheduled to take place from Feb 1-3, will witness the Association electing a new corps of officers to steer its affairs.
The Ambassador of Sweden, Urban Sjostorm, will deliver the keynote address, while former Chief Justice Francis Korkpor, Associate Justice Yusif Kaba, and Cllr. Felecia Coleman will present papers.
The conference will be held under the theme “The Judiciary and Democracy in Liberia: Safeguarding Democratic Values in the Legal System, Especially During and After Elections.”
Meanwhile, the leadership of the National Association of Trial Judges is requesting all accredited delegates and guests to be in attendance.
