Monrovia – A Liberian lawmaker, Representative Solomon George (CDC-District #7, Montserrado County), has described as dog the move by U.S. former President Barrack Obama to legitimize gay and lesbianism.

In an attempt to defend one of his colleagues of the Senate, Prince Johnson (MRD-Nimba County), the Montserrado County lawmaker claimed that Human rights groups themselves need to be taken to court.
Rep. George’s statement against a former President of Liberia’s long-standing partner comes in the wake of debate surrounding the establishment of a war crimes court in Liberia.
No Need for War Crimes Court
He believes that Senator Johnson has paid for crimes he committed during the Liberian civil crisis and as a Christian there is no need for war crime court.
“The Holy Spirit has been speaking to me concerning Evangelist Prince Johnson.”
“‘If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.’ I want to say to the Liberian people and those trying to crucify Prince Johnson nobody can do anything to him.”
Rep. George added: “Prince Johnson is covered by the blood of Jesus, you will not see what I can see.”
“The Bible says ‘if any man be in Christ is a new creature and all things have become new.’ Some of us have killed more than Prince Johnson.”
The lawmaker hailed Senator Johnson, who masterminded the capture and killing of Former President Samuel Doe for taking the first step to ensure peace in Nimba County and Grand Gedeh.
He added that President Weah is interested in peace in Nimba and anyone, who wants peace will have to work with the Senator because he has taken the first step.
Said Rep. George: “I can’t tell the UN to prosecute whomsoever; Johnson is wearing a new-man robe. You are not going to get him he will die a peaceful death; he will not even be summoned.
Human rights people themselves need to go to court; they are sodomized. Let me give you one of the biggest sodomized persons.
He is one of the biggest human rights activists: he is former President Barrack Obama of the US. He signed for something that God says is wrong. I am a black man but something that God says is wrong he signed it into law. I say to hell with him; he is cursed forever.”
In 2017, the U.S. Homeland Security denied Representative George entry into the U.S. by withdrawing his application for admission.
In the document U.S. immigration officer Ryan Winstead, who investigated and denied the Liberian lawmaker opportunity to go beyond the O’Hare International Airport claimed that the Liberian lawmaker was seeking admission to join and live with his wife who gave birth on her last trip to the U.S. and was an overstayed immigrant, as well to join his eldest daughter who was on Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
As part of the investigation the officer discovered $5,000 with the lawmaker and when he was asked why was he traveling with such amount and how was such amount acquired, he responded by telling the officer that he received the money from two banks and additional $6,000 from the House’s credit club.
“The last time we came, we were booked to come from [Minnesota to New York]. There was no direct flight from [New York] so we had to go to North Carolina] and had to stay in a hotel for five days. So, this time I want to make sure I have money in my pocket,” Representative George responded to the immigration officer.
Representative George’s questioning quickly jumped to allegation that he had accepted a bribe while carrying out his duties in the House of Representatives.
President George Weah than Senator George Weah, the CDC political leader had sent him a text in which he asked Representative George whether he had received some money.
