The River Gee County Sports Committee invites qualified, experienced, and committed coaches to apply to serve as coaches for the 2026/2027 National County Sports Meet.
Applications are invited for:
⚽ Soccer
🏀 Basketball
🏐 Volleyball
🥎 Kickball
Applicants must:
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations governing the 2026/2027 County Meet;
- Demonstrate proven coaching experience and technical competence in the relevant sporting discipline;
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills;
- Demonstrate a character founded on loyalty, trust, integrity, discipline, and professionalism;
- Be committed to fairness, teamwork, and the best interests of River Gee County; and
- Have the ability to identify, develop, motivate, and manage athletes effectively.
- All applicants must have obtained the minimum coaching credentials as required under the Rules of the National County Sports Meets for 2026/2027 at the time of applying
Application Requirements
Interested applicants should submit a CV, relevant coaching certificates/qualifications, evidence of coaching experience.
SELECTION PROCESS
1.The selection process will be transparent, professional, competitive, and merit-based.
2.Selection will consider technical qualifications, experience, knowledge of County Meet rules, leadership ability, character, loyalty, trust, integrity, and commitment to River Gee County.
