Liberia: Businesswoman Paye Applauds Superintendent Johnson’s Development Agenda, Cites Improvements at Administrative Building

Buchanan, Grand Bassa County – The wife of prominent Liberian businessman Philip Paye, Mrs. Theresa Paye, has praised Grand Bassa County Superintendent Karyou Johnson for what she described as his commitment to transforming the county through strategic development initiatives and improvements in public service delivery.

Speaking during a courtesy visit to the Office of the Superintendent on Wednesday, Mrs. Paye commended Superintendent Johnson for the progress being made under his leadership, particularly efforts aimed at modernizing government facilities and strengthening local governance structures.

According to Mrs. Paye, the Superintendent’s administration has demonstrated a clear commitment to improving the working environment for public servants and enhancing the efficiency of county operations.

She specifically lauded Superintendent Johnson for the significant improvements made to the Grand Bassa County Administrative Building, noting that the upgrades have added value to one of the county’s most important public institutions.

“The transformation taking place at the Administrative Building and other development projects across the county reflects a leadership that is focused on progress and service to the people,” Mrs. Paye said.

She further praised the Superintendent’s vision for development, emphasizing that visible improvements in public infrastructure are critical to strengthening governance and ensuring that citizens receive quality services.

Mrs. Paye encouraged county residents and stakeholders to continue supporting initiatives that promote growth and development, stressing that meaningful progress requires collective efforts from government, the private sector and community members.
