According to an official notice issued on February 3, 2026, by the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Services, the registration period has been extended from February 4 to February 14, 2026.

The extension is intended to provide students with additional time to complete their registration and address outstanding registration-related issues.

The university also announced that the Add and Drop period will run from February 12 through February 14, 2026, allowing students to make adjustments to their course selections. Incoming students are encouraged to submit all required admission documents within this period.

The decision follows a press release issued over the weekend, January 31, by the Students Unification Alliance (SUA), the leading student organization on the university’s campus, which called on the administration to extend the registration period.

The SUA said the extension was necessary to enable students facing academic and financial challenges to complete their registration. University officials have urged students to take advantage of the extended registration window, noting that requests submitted after the deadline may not be accommodated.

The notice was signed by David Hne Erskine, Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Services.
