“I am making sure to you guys are trained because I am a Liberia and I want to build your capacity for future opportunities. You have not come to stay with me in my company and so I feel that you should be trained properly that if you get a bigger job you won’t catch difficulties”, he said.
“You guys are the resources because without you I won’t make money and you won’t make money. I am happy with you guys because there has been no complaint against Arcelor Mittal who provided us this contract and at search you deserve the best for the services you are rendering”.
The CEO also promised to provide more training opportunities for the 6 persons that overperformed during the training.
“For the 6 persons that overperformed, I will work with the trainers to take you to Monrovia for more training so that you can be a help to your colleagues,” Cyrus noted.
Ernest Omaboe, Maritime Security Consultant, added that the training will enable the officers to be more dedicated and brave in doing their work.
“The training that we have impacted into these guys will stay with them for life because any institution can employ them due to their output. SEGAL boss really means we’ll for his Liberian brothers and sisters because he always creates opportunities for them”, Omaboe stated.
“The 50 guys that have been trained will perform properly I can assure the CEO and the general public.”
