Logan Town, Monrovia – Residents of District #15 in Montserrado County trooped in their numbers at the disputed polling stations to cast their ballots in the district by-election rerun. Taking a tour in the district, FrontPageAfrica noticed that most of the voters, who had turned out to cast their ballot at the six precincts were women.
