Monrovia- Liberia Women’s Upper League Side Ravia Angels have appointed Cecelia Alpha as their new head coach.

Coach Alpha, a CAF License ‘B’ holder will take over from long-serving coach Wilson Manning on a three-year contract.
During her unveiling ceremony along with several officials of the newly promoted club, she said it is an honour to join Ravia Angels and see her new adventure as a stepping stone in her career.
She guarantee club officials that her mission is to ensure the club win the Women’s Upper League.
“I am glad to be in this club with a lot passionate players. The club has a good vision which I can see in the appointment of other officials.”
“I can fairly say that with the visions and plans that club has, we can win the League,” she told reporters.
Meanwhile, newly appointed president of Ravia Angele, Ophelia Gotee in her statement, said that she will cooperation with other officials if the club in other to achieve their target of winning League.
She appreciated the club’s CEO, Jodie Seton who also serves as third vice president of the Liberia Football Association for entrusting her.
“I am here to take this club to another level but I cannot do this all alone, we can only achieve this if we work together and I believe that we all can achieve it,” she said.
