Mr. Darwin E. Gbanyar’s assurance comes following his presentation of footballs to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kemokai FC, Edwin Kemokai at the team’s training ground on Wednesday May 29.
Gbanyar acknowledged that the donation is part of his family’s support to the team as they continue their preparation to participate in LFA regional third vision playoff.
Presenting the footballs to Kemokai FC CEO, Gbanyar explained the donation is part of his initiative to give support to Kemokai FC as his own contribution to youth development in the sporting arena and wished them success in their endeavor to get promoted to second division of Liberian football.
He narrated that his contribution to Kemokai FC is not his first time because he has done it several times and he promised to continue supporting the team until they reach the second division.
“I decided to give my support to Kemokai FC because the team’s CEO is a personal friend of mine and also a workmate of mine and I believed any success for his team would be a success for us all and we all wish his team success in their effort to reach the second division of Liberian football,” Gbanyar said.
The team CEO Mr. Kemokai appreciated Mr. Gbanyar for his support he continued to give to his team Kemokai FC and assured him of his athlete’s preparedness for the challenges ahead of them as they continued their training for the LFA regional third division playoff.
Mr. Kemokai called on his team head Coach S Mikels Coleman and members of his technical staff and players to keep focus.
He urged them to do all they can so that they finish the playoff as champions or runner off, but they must not allow themselves to go back to the third division stage.
