Monrovia – Four days after taking over as owner of FC Kallon Liberia, Cassell Anthony Kouh says he wants to change the narrative of Liberia football by giving opportunity to talented players.

Kouh a former Vice President for operations of the Liberia Football Association lost his position when he was arrested in the United States for Fraud and jailed for seven years, he got released in 2023 but it’s seems his love for football has not changed.
Following his return to Liberia Cassell has established a mini football Academy named after him and on Saturday he officially bought Liberia Football Association first division club FC Kallon Liberia.
Speaking at the official turning over ceremony at the team’s training ground, Cassell said though the team is in a difficult position on the league table he will work with the officials and players to safe the team from being relegated at the end of the season.
He said at the end of the season the team name will be change to FC Fassell a team he owned before he got arrested but the team got relegated from the first division down to the second third division.

“ All we thought about, seven years of incarceration was how Liberia can develop in soccer, because that’s our passion”
“ We are here to serve, we are here for Liberia to get back on the map when it comes to football and if we must do it, we will be counting on you, “ Kouh made the assertion Monday when he officially bought FC Kallon-Liberia.
