Liberia: China Railway Seventh Group-Liberia Honors Pioneer Employees In Nimba for Outstanding Services

Karnplay, Nimba County – China Railway Seventh Group – Liberia Limited, the company that is constructing the Sanniquellie- Luoguato road has honored 32 of its employees for their outstanding services since 2019.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Project Manager, Mr. Wang Bo said the company started the road work with the honored employees in 2019, and since, they have exhibited high level of professionalism and commitments on the job.  Because of this, there have been visible improvement in the pace of work which can be measured to an appreciable extend with less accident cases.

Mr. Wang pledged his company’s support in working with employee and the County authorities to complete the road Work as soon as possible and at the same time appreciated the county leadership and the government for the support given the company since the commencement of the project.

The honorees were awarded in diverse categories: Excellent Employees award, Safety Advanced Individual award and Excellent Localization Management Personnel award, Outstanding Group award and Children Grants for outstanding Employees, among others.

All awardees benefited from a certificate of recognition and appreciation, Bags of rice, and a financial token from the institution as a means of motivation for work done and to reinvigorate their innovative strategies in moving the work forward than past year.

The company’s Community Liaison Officer, Roosevelt Z. Sayeh, thanked the honorees for their exceptional services over the years and urged them to exert more efforts so as to continue being enlisted as those worthy of honor for their professional exhibition at assigned tasks.

The colorful event was graced by local authorities and families of the honorees.

Also speaking, the Development Superintendent of Nimba County, Railey Myers thanked the company for honoring the employees and urged the workers to use the award as a motivating factor to continue their exceptional performance.

“This honoring show to us that you are the best workers among the rest of the workers. So you need to do your best not to see the honoring as your stopping point, he urged.

The Mayor of Karnplay City, Philip Blessing Flomo also hailed the honorees, and at the same thanked the company for creating job opportunity and for the level of work done thus far in the area. He described the company as the best construction company in the County.

According to the Mayor, the quality of the road under construction is extremely beyond the normal quality margin that others have used in the construction of roads across Liberia.

He further appreciated the government for awarding contract to such professional group and urged the government and partners to continue awarding construction contract of such kind to CRSG for quality road across Liberia.
