Talking Drum Studio (TDS), in partnership with Population Media Center (PMC), are seeking technical and financial proposals from qualified firms to collect baseline data for a proposed Radio Serial Drama (RSD). The RSD is under development through generous funding from Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
