MONROVIA – Key discussions and protocols fostering the mandate of the recently established Wildlife Crime Task Force (WCTF) have been developed by stakeholders at a two-day technical working session held on August 13-14, 2019 at the FDA Compound in Mt. Barclay, Monrovia. The workshop was funded by the European Union (EU) project “Strengthening Local Communities and the Law Enforcement Network to Combat Wildlife and Forest Crime in Liberia”. 

Monrovia – The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) turns over US $60,000 dollars’ worth of equipment to the Government of Liberia. The equipment are to be used under a pilot project of the Ministry of State called the Citizens’ Feedback Mechanism (CFM). It is a mobile and web-based platform that will, in real time, receive, compile, analyze and respond to citizens’ perceptions on the standards of public services.
