Monrovia – TheNational Authorizing Office (NAO) of the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning in partnership with the European Union will hand over four double cabin pick-up vehicles and three Weight-in-Motion Scales to the authorities at the Ministry of Transport (MOT), for use by the Axle Load Control Unit at the Ministry.
