Monrovia – Criminal Court ‘A’ Judge Roosevelt Z. Willie has denied state lawyers bail of information to re-arrest and incarcerate Rep. Yekeh Kolubah and six others facing prosecution at the court (Criminal Court ’A’).

Monrovia – The Criminal Court ‘B’ at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia has cleared three clergymen of the Christian Revival Church of the crimes of Felonious Restraint and Simple Assault.

Monrovia – The proprietor of the Soltiamon Christian School, Solomon Joah, Sr. has described student Mary Paul (not real name), who was recently flogged by the school’s Dean of Student Affairs, Solomon Joah Jnr. as “a rude student” who always violated the rules of the school. “He was justly disciplining a rude student who has always violated the rules of the school,” he told FrontPageAfrica. He, however, expressed regrets over the action, noting that the school has apologized to the child’s parents and have promised to do whatever it will take to appease them. Monrovia – State prosecutors have petitioned the Criminal Court ‘A’ through a ‘Writ of Ne Exeat Republica’ to stop Representative Yekeh Kolubah and six others from leaving the country until they face trial in their alleged criminal charges leveled against them by the state.

Monrovia – District#10 Representative, Yekeh Kolubah has finally turned himself over to Criminal Court ‘A’ at the Temple of Justice to face trial for the charges of attempted murder, criminal facilitation, aggravated assault, among others, leveled against him by the state.

Margibi County – The Security Experts Guard Agency of Liberia (SEGAL) has begun 11 days training for 25 security personnel in aviation security management.

Monrovia – Criminal Court ‘A’ Judge Roosevelt Z. Willie has sentenced a 24-year-old man identified as Joshua Marshall to life imprisonment.

Monrovia – Criminal Court ‘C’ Judge Peter W. Gbeneweleh has disqualified the American Underwriters Group as surety in a US$1,355,186.58 (United States Dollars One Million Three Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand One Hundred Eight-Six dollars Fifty Cents) criminal case.

Monrovia – The Rubber Planters Association of Liberia (RPAL) has praised efforts by the government appropriation US$1.725 million loan to local farmers. 

Monrovia – A group of Liberians under the banner Citizens United to Sustain Peace and Democracy by and through the Center For The Protection of Human Rights has petitioned the Justice in Chamber, Associate Justice Joseph Nagbe to order the Ministry of Justice to identify the exact location the June 7 protesters will present their petition to the government.
